Jonathan D. Scott, 32, of Winslow, was stopped on Belmont Avenue prior to turning onto the Route 1 on-ramp. Nathaniel W. Bennett, 55, of Searsmont, was driving a 1998 Subaru wagon west on Belmont Avenue. Scott said he became disoriented and started making his turn, striking Bennett with his 2006 Ford van. Damage was $6,500 to the Subaru and $4,000 to the Ford.
